As both companies pooled their skills and expertise for liquid-filled distribution and medium power transformers, the SLIM® was born. This SLIM® uses proven technologies in an innovative design combining Nomex® thermal insulating technology with a class K dielectric fluid. The result is a transformer that is smaller and lighter and capable to handle severe overloads.
